The event is over..

Now that the talent show is over there is nothing for me to further say about the event other then the event marketing class pulled off a great show! Everyone who attended had a great time! And those of you who did not attend missed out! This will certainly not be the last PSU's Got Talent!

The BIG Day!

The day of the talent show was a bit hectic. Most of the people in the class counting myself put everything aside that day and put all their work towards the talent show. Designing the stage was one of the things that had to get done. People came early to blow up several balloons and hang decorations up. There was also a dress rehearsal that was taken place before the show. After watching the rehearsal I became skeptical about the performances. I was thinking that maybe there should have been another rehearsal. The class also had to bring the baked goods and drinks and set up the concession. There was a lot to do that day, but we pulled it off.

THE SHOW IS TOMORROW!!!!

The car wash went very well this past Saturday. We ended up raising a lot of money for The Bridge House. It was a gorgeous day out which made the event even better. Professor Terri Dautcher told my class that she had gotten a lot of great feedback from the people who attended the cash wash. It was a success!

The talent show is TOMORROW! Today and tomorrow is the last chance to buy your ticket. The show is at 6:30pm and tickets are only $6. You can buy them in the HUB or the Silver Center. Charity Car Wash!

Hey guys, this Saturday 4/14 the Event Marketing class will be holding a charity car wash at Brent's Detail in Plymouth, NH. The car wash will be held from 11-1 and it's $5 per car. Everything will be benefitting the Bridge House, Plymouth's local homeless shelter. It's the end of winter and it is about that time to wash off all the dirt and salt. Come support the Bridge House and the Event Marketing class!!

Also, the Talent Show tickets are for sale in the HUB Tuesday and Thursday this week! Only $6 per ticket. You can also buy tickets at the Silver Center and online. Again, the show is on Wednesday April 18th at 6:30pm. You DO NOT want to miss this show!! Come get your tickets!

Talent Show Tickets

Hey guys! The bar crawl on Saturday went really well and was a lot of fun! We raised more then $700! We have a couple other fundraising event that we want to put together. We were thinking of having an outside party event for everyone who is 21+ as well as holding a car wash. We do not have any dates for these events, but if you keep following I will let you guys know soon.

Also, the talent show is a couple weeks away! Have you bought your ticket yet? Come support your classmates and professors! The dance team will be performing as well as the mens lacrosse team will be putting on a skit. Some of the professors performing are Jay Moskowitz, Bob Nadeau, Terri Dautcher and many more! Talents will be from singing to instruments to comedy to break dancing to magic and so much more! You DO NOT want to miss this show!!! Bar Crawl!

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great break! Now that break is over the talent show is coming up fast. We are still trying to raise money for the event and the Bridge House, so we decided to do a bar crawl. The bar crawl is being held this Saturday March 31st at 7 pm. The event is obviously 21+ and the bars that we will be visiting are Lucky Dog, PHOP, Hong Kong and Panther Pub. The night will start off at Lucky Dog. It is $10 a bracelet and bracelets will include drink specials all night, free entry to raffle prizes and beads upon entry. It will be a lot of fun! For more detail visit the Facebook page:
