Hi everybody! The last post was just an introduction, now I will be getting into more detail about the events we will be holding. First off, our class is divided into different groups according to their responsibilities to make the talent show a success! I am in the sales group so I will be responsible for fundraising, sponors, donations and anything else relevant. So far we've held a pool tournament at Lucky Dog to raise money for the Bridge House. For those of you who don't know what the Bridge House is it is a homeless shelter in Plymouth, NH. The money my class raises will be going towards the veterian project at the Bridge House. The pool tournament has given us a great start! Tonight are the finals! Make an appearance. There will be drink specials and we'll be raffling off prizes and of course it's for a great cause!
The event marketing class is doing great and moving along fast! There is only 6 1/2 weeks until the talent show! Sign ups are in the HUB this week, Wednesday through Friday from 9-4. Sign up and show us your talent!

The Beginning
Hi, my name is Christina St. Andre and I am doing this blog for my Social Media Marketing class and a better understanding to how to use blogs in a personal and business perspective. I will be posting my blog about my Event Marketing class. My Event Marketing class is holding an event called PSU's Got Talent. The event is to hold a successful talent show on Plymouth State University's campus. The Event Marketing classes usually hold a chili cook off event, but this semester we got daring and went for a talent show. It is either going to be a success or a failure, so were trying to get everyone involved to make it successful. More information will be provided weekly.
